1. Do you have a minimum order?
No. We have no minimum order quantity. Whether you need one personalised item or a large bulk order, we're happy to help.
2. How long does my order take?
Most orders are completed within 3–7 working days, depending on the product and quantity.
Need your order urgently? Please contact us before ordering. We always do our best to accommodate short deadlines whenever possible.
3. Can I collect my order instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Free collection is available from Crawley, West Sussex, by appointment. If you choose collection, there is no delivery charge.
4. Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We offer UK-wide delivery using trusted courier services.

6. Can you help with my design?
Absolutely.
If you already have a logo or artwork, simply send it to us.
If you don't have a design yet, we'll be happy to help create one.
7. Can I provide my own clothing or products?
Yes. We're happy to embroider or print onto your own clothing or products, provided they are suitable for the process.
If you're posting your own items to us, the cost of sending them to MLM Studio is your responsibility.
If you're local to Crawley, you're welcome to drop off and collect your items by appointment, with no delivery charge.
If you're unsure whether your item is suitable for embroidery or printing, simply contact us before sending it, and we'll be happy to advise.
8. What file formats do you accept?
We accept most file types, including:
PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, JPG and high-quality images.
9. Do you offer embroidery and printing?
Yes.
We provide professional embroidery, garment printing and personalised products for businesses, schools and individuals.
10. Are your NFC products compatible with all phones?
Yes.
Our NFC products work with most modern Android phones and iPhones that support NFC technology.
11. What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If we have made a mistake, we'll replace or remake the item as quickly as possible.
If a return is required because of our error, we'll cover the return postage.
12. Can personalised products be returned?
As personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.
13. Are you insured?
Yes.
MLM Studio is covered by £5 Million Public Liability Insurance.
14. Do you work with businesses and schools?
Yes.
We regularly work with schools, nurseries, sports clubs, hotels, restaurants and businesses throughout the UK.
15. How do I request a quote?
Simply complete our Custom Quote form or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a personalised quotation.
