Thank you for choosing MLM Studio.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
🛒 Orders
• Orders are confirmed once all details have been agreed.
• Production begins only after full payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.
• Please check all order details carefully before confirming, including spelling, sizes, colours and personalisation.
💳 Payment
• Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before production begins.
• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• Quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
• All goods remain the property of MLM Studio until payment has been received in full.
🎁 Custom & Personalised Products
Every personalised item is made especially for you.
Because of this:
• Personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made an error.
🎨 Customer Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images or artwork supplied.
MLM Studio reserves the right to refuse artwork that may infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
⏱ Turnaround Times
We aim to complete most orders within 3–7 working days, depending on the product and quantity ordered.
Large orders may require additional production time.

Please contact us before ordering—we'll always do our best to accommodate short deadlines whenever possible.
🚚 Delivery & Collection
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
✅ Free collection is available from Crawley, West Sussex by appointment.
If you choose collection, no delivery charge will apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
👕 Customer Supplied Items
You're welcome to provide your own clothing or products for embroidery or printing.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of sending their items to MLM Studio.
• Local customers may drop off and collect items by appointment.
• While every care is taken, MLM Studio cannot accept responsibility for faults, damage or manufacturing defects already present in customer-supplied items.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.
✅ We will repair, replace or remake the item free of charge.
✅ If the error is ours, we will also cover the return postage.
If the return is due to customer error (such as incorrect sizes, incorrect information provided, or a change of mind), return postage is the customer's responsibility.
🎨 Colours & Product Images
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to:
• Computer or phone screen settings
• Fabric materials
• Embroidery thread colours
• Printing processes
🧺 Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with your products.
MLM Studio cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or ironing.
🛡 Insurance
MLM Studio is fully covered by £5 Million Public Liability Insurance.
⚖ Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
MLM Studio cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
🌦 Force Majeure
MLM Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Courier delays
• Supplier delays
• Severe weather
• Power outages
• Other unforeseen events
